Hi, I'm Jason.
Current chapter: I'm Head of Product for Minds, Animoca Brands' agentic AI platform, where anyone can deploy persistent AI agents that act for them over Telegram and email. I took the open beta from zero to 7,000 users and a million messages in its first four months. See /now for the full story.
I'm a product lead who designs and builds. I use AI-assisted development daily to prototype and ship, moving from strategy to working product without waiting for handoffs. That hands-on habit goes back a long way: I owned the entire web presence of a 60-to-120-person games studio, shipping around ten product sites end to end, then carried that into product management at EA. Before games came two decades of creative work: a signed artist with Island Records and Sony Music, then leading music-education programmes inside the UK justice system, running studios and independent ventures throughout. Different surfaces, the same instinct: take an ambiguous brief and turn it into something real that ships.
The throughline is zero-to-one in ambiguous spaces. At EA I grew Racenet, a companion app unifying six racing titles including F1 and WRC, from zero to 250,000 users in six months with no marketing spend, then on past a million, by earning placements inside the games through the trust I built with the studios. The app went on to sustain 15,000 to 20,000 daily active users. At Motorverse I led a frontier bet with global automotive brands: a proof of concept letting a single digital asset live across several games and carry its own provenance. The Lamborghini collaboration sold out in full. When that team contracted from twelve-plus to three, I leaned on early LLMs across code, design and PM to keep shipping at full velocity, around £700K a year saved without losing pace.
Outside my day role I build products independently, in my own time. A few sit in my side projects area, protected for client confidentiality. If you'd like a look, or you're growing a product where I can own an ambiguous problem end to end, lead a team and stay close enough to build alongside them, email me.
