The challenge

Make persistent AI agents accessible to people who aren't engineers. Minds (hellominds.ai) is an LLM-powered, multi-channel platform, built in partnership with Ethoswarm, where anyone can deploy AI agents that act for them over Telegram and email, with their own identity, memory, and cognition.

Approach
  • Own the experience layer and the roadmap. Ethoswarm builds the endpoints; I act as their primary customer, translating user problems into what they ship next
  • Launch agents and define each agent's DNA (its personality, purpose and behaviour); build one-click templates so non-technical users can deploy in seconds
  • Tune the email and chat experience from user feedback so the multi-channel agent loop keeps improving
  • Align teams and workstreams across Animoca Brands and Ethoswarm; shape vision, define features and drive pace across engineering, design and business
What shipped
  • Multi-channel agent experience over Telegram and email (the surfaces users actually live in)
  • One-click agent templates and agent-DNA definition (personality, purpose, behaviour) for non-technical creators
  • Specialised agent profiles in development: market research, data analysis, workflow automation
  • Minds website and core product surfaces (designed and built hands-on)
  • Product vision, feature definition, and delivery cadence across organisational boundaries
Outcomes

Took the open beta from 0 to 7K users, 7.3K active agents, and 1M+ messages exchanged with them in the first four months. Sits at the centre of Animoca Brands' AI strategy, working directly with executive leadership to define how AI agents create new user experiences and economic models.

The challenge

Build Motorverse: an automotive ecosystem connecting global automotive brands with decentralized, on-chain assets. The mission: pioneer world-first interoperable digital assets that carry their own provenance (history, mileage and performance stats) across a network of gaming studios and automotive partners, while keeping blockchain complexity invisible to mainstream users.

Approach
  • Lead the interoperability workstream: cross-chain identity, provenance and asset standards
  • Pioneer interoperable digital assets with Lamborghini and other automotive partners
  • Abstract blockchain complexity: FIAT onramp, custodial and self-custodial account systems
  • Deliver through partners: gaming studios and automotive brands across four continents
  • Lean on early LLMs across code, design and PM when the team contracted from 12+ to 3, keeping shipping cadence and product evolution intact
What shipped
  • Cross-chain interoperability framework integrating multiple blockchain technologies
  • Proof of concept for a world-first interoperable digital asset with Lamborghini: a single asset live across several games, carrying its own on-chain provenance (history, mileage, performance stats)
  • Hybrid, chain-agnostic ecosystem account system enabling partner integration across games (self-custodial and non-custodial)
  • Partner integrations across gaming studios and automotive partners
  • Blockchain onboarding: FIAT onramp, custom staking, loyalty and rewards
  • Motorverse website and supporting product surfaces
Outcomes

Proved interoperable, on-chain assets could carry their own provenance across several games: the hard part of an audacious, frontier bet. The Lamborghini collab sold out a single digital asset at 3.3K units for $750K in revenue, each unit carrying on-chain history and provenance. Coordinated a global team across four continents and presented directly to senior brand stakeholders internationally. When the team later contracted from 12+ to 3, leveraged early LLMs across code, design and PM to keep shipping and evolving the product without slowing down: a 75% smaller team operating at full velocity, with ~£700K/year saved on headcount. Animoca Brands' Labs team then brought me in to lead product on Minds, its new agentic AI platform: a move to the frontier of agentic AI that I was glad to make.

The challenge

Establish and grow a foundational gaming ecosystem: a single companion app connecting players across EA's racing portfolio (F1 2021, F1 22, F1 23, F1 24, GRID Legends, and WRC) while delivering the Codemasters-to-EA account migration without breaking continuity for players.

Approach
  • Treat the companion app as connective tissue across separate racing titles
  • Deliver performance telemetry tools for committed players
  • Drive ongoing engagement through leagues, competitions and competitive leaderboards
  • Instrument the ecosystem with analytics to enable data-driven decisions
What shipped
  • Unified companion app across F1 2021, F1 22, F1 23, F1 24, GRID Legends, WRC
  • Competitive leaderboards
  • Leagues and competitions (extended game modes)
  • Performance telemetry tools
  • iOS, Android and web platforms
  • Codemasters → EA account migration
Outcomes

Grew Racenet from 0 to 250,000 users within six months of launch with no marketing budget, then on past a million. The growth was organic: I worked with the game teams to place Racenet touchpoints inside the titles themselves, and won those placements through the trust and relationships I built across the studios. The app scaled to 15,000 to 20,000 daily active users, sustained through features like leagues and performance analysis. I also delivered the Codemasters-to-EA account migration, preserving player accounts and entitlements through the integration, and established Racenet as a foundational companion layer across EA's racing portfolio. This was my first formal product role, moving from front-end development into product management.
