Minds (hellominds.ai) is an LLM-powered, multi-channel platform built in partnership with Ethoswarm. Anyone can deploy persistent AI agents that act for them over Telegram and email, with their own identity, memory and cognition.

Ethoswarm builds the endpoints. I own the experience layer and the roadmap on top of them, acting as their primary customer: translating user problems into what they ship next, and aligning Animoca and partner teams across engineering, design and business.

The work spans the full experience, not just the front end. I launch agents, define each agent's DNA (its personality, purpose and behaviour), and build one-click templates so non-technical users can deploy in seconds. In parallel, I'm overseeing development of specialised agent profiles (market research, data analysis, workflow automation) as the platform evolves.
